Founded in 1983, the Helicopter Foundation International (HFI) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, dedicated to preserving and promoting the history of the helicopter industry and helping to educate both the present and future generations of helicopter professionals.

Aero-Terms!

A woven, flexible metal covering placed over electrical wiring which carries alternating current. Energy radiated from the wire is intercepted by the metal braid, and carried to ground, rather than allowing it to cause radio interference.
