It's darned hard to put one's finger on what is one of THE most
welcome new technologies we've had the chance to add to our
cockpits over the past decade... but Enhanced Vision Systems
certainly have to be considered. The ability to SEE what would
normally not be seen in a number of conditions and configurations
is a no-brainer... it makes for safer, more knowledgeable flight
and the value of such a capability can not be easily estimated.
Over 100 Owners, Operators Have Put Down Non-Refundable
Deposits
Eclipse Aerospace said Monday it has "sold out" of slots in its
Avio IFMS completion program. Over 100 customers have placed firm,
non-refundable deposits to participate in the program, which is now
sold out through March of 2012.
