Airbus is introducing a new corporate jet customer care center (C4you) for its private jet customers, aimed at providing dedicated access to an experienced team. Customers will be able to get technical advice on both their airframe and their cabin through a single point of contact and will also be able to benefit from packaged services, such as arrangements to implement service bulletins (SBs).
Environmental Control Company Was Formerly Called Keith Products
Air Comm Corporation (ACC), which designs and certifies environmental control systems (ECS) for turbine helicopters, announced Thursday that it has acquired Meggitt (Addison), Inc., the former Keith Products, in a stock purchase. Keith Products is a leading supplier of ECS for the General Aviation markets.
