NTSB investigators Tuesday said they have not ruled out
structural or mechanical faults in the crash of a firefighting
Lockheed P-3 in California last month. Regardless, the US Forest
Service has returned to service a portion of its aerial tanker
fleet.
FlightSafety International has announced that it will design and
manufacture the first Dassault Falcon 2000EX EASy – Falcon
900EX EASy convertible flight simulator. This new simulator is
scheduled to be operational early in the second quarter of
2006.
