Airbus Helicopters Appoints New Executive Committee Members

Alain Flourens, Stefan Thomé Named To New Positions

Alain Flourens, 61, currently Head of Engineering for Airbus Helicopters, has been appointed Head of Industry for Airbus Helicopters, following Christian Cornille’s departure from Airbus. Alain will be replaced in his current position by Stefan Thomé, 47, currently Head of New Business Models & Services at Airbus Defence and Space. These management changes are effective on 1 April 2019.

As Maroon 5 began the song “She Will Be Loved,” 150 enhanced Intel Shooting Star drones floated up and over the field in a choreographed performance to the music to form the words “ONE” and “LOVE.” Intel enhanced the Intel Shooting Star drones specifically for the Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime Show to emulate the experience of floating lanterns.
