Eurocopter says it had a highly successful 2012 Heli-Expo exposition, marking 20 years of helicopter excellence announcing orders and commitments for 191 rotary-wing aircraft, as well as spotlighting the latest innovation in production, safety and services. The high point of Eurocopter’s activity at Heli-Expo – the world’s largest helicopter industry event – was its rollout of the new EC130 T2, which features enhanced comfort, improved operational performance and increased versatility.

Gulfstream G280 Moves Closer To Entry-Into-Service

Company Says Aircraft Surpassing All Performance Expectations

Gulfstream’s G280 aircraft is steadily moving toward entry-into-service, having completed several flight-test milestones en route to type certification later this year from the FAA. The aircraft received a provisional type certificate (PTC) from the Civil Aviation Authority of Israel on December 29, 2011. A PTC from the FAA will follow. The aircraft is slated to enter service mid-year.
