As the American airline industry returns ever-so-slowly to
health, an increasing number of students are expected to seek their
collegiate educations at aviation-minded institutions such as New
Hampshire's Daniel Webster University. With ever-increasing
competition from such entities as Embry-Riddle and Pan Am Flight
Training, what does DWU President Dr. Myers (below, right) feel
makes his college unique?
Blue Sky Network, which specializes in providing two-way linking
and managing aviation assets via satellite, announced Monday a new
satellite-based, panel-mounted control head for aircraft. The
ACH1000 has also been STC'd by the FAA.
