Sierra Industries tells ANN the company has achieved another
milestone in its latest Williams re-engining modification program.
The Citation S550-based Sierra Super S-II made its maiden flight at
Sierra's Uvalde, TX modification center last month.
SA4550 Attitude Display Now An Approved Flight Director For
S-TEC Autopilots
Just in time for next week's NBAA 2008 Convention in Orlando,
Sandel Avionics and S-TEC announced Friday the successful testing
of Sandel’s SA4550 Primary Attitude Display with S-TEC's
System 55, 55X, 60-2 and 65 autopilots. S-TEC will list the SA4550
as an approved flight director for use with these autopilots.
Following the example set by other successful aircraft
owner/pilot groups, a group of Cessna Citation Mustang owners,
pilots and vendors is forming the Citation Mustang Owners and
Pilots Association (CMOPA).
BAE Systems Regional Aircraft says interest in the Avro Business
Jet (ABJ) is at an all-time high, and to continue its promotional
activities the company is exhibiting at the National Business
Aviation Association (NBAA) Convention and Exhibition in Orlando,
October 6-8.
