Embraer Signs Maintenance Agreement For AE3007 Engines In Brazil

Engines Power ERJ 145, Legacy 600/650 Airplanes

The Embraer Executive Jets Service Center, in São José dos Campos, São Paulo, was named an authorized Rolls-Royce line maintenance center for the AE3007 engines in Brazil. The agreement allows Embraer to perform Rolls-Royce’s warranty or CorporateCare program services, which covers the cost of replacement parts, labor, as well as scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.

Bombardier CSeries Aircraft Back in the Air

Flight Testing Program Resumes

Bombardier Commercial Aircraft has confirmed to ANN that the CSeries aircraft resumed flight testing with flight test vehicle two (FTV2) taking flight, Sunday, at Bombardier's facility in Mirabel, Quebec. The flight follows an in-depth review and analysis of the engine-related incident that occurred during stationary ground maintenance testing involving CSeries aircraft FTV1 on May 29 at the Mirabel facility. Pratt and Whitney alongside Bombardier, has taken appropriate measures to address the issue, including the modification of the engine's oil lubrication system.
