Says He Will Vote Against Purchase Of 135 A320 Aircraft
The founder and major shareholder of Britain's EasyJet airline says a deal to purchase 135 Airbus A320 airplanes is "bad," and that he plans to vote against approving the purchase when it comes before the board later this month.
ILFC Becomes First Leasing Company To Take Delivery Of 787
Several milestones were celebrated Thursday by Boeing, International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC) and Norwegian during a delivery ceremony for a new 787 Dreamliner. It was the first 787 delivered to ILFC and its lessee, Norwegian, which will operate the airplane. The 787 also marked the 700th airplane Boeing delivered to ILFC.
