At least five people are dead after the roof of a new, showcase
terminal collapsed at Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris Sunday. As

Decision Leaves Three Airports With No Scheduled Service
A decision by unionized American Eagle pilots leaves three
airports in North Carolina without scheduled air service. It also
means a consortium of six airports in the region might lose a $1.2
million federal grant.
When Bush Intercontinental Airport opened Runway 31 back in
October, the outcry was loud enough to drown the scream of
departing jet aircraft. Houstonians complained bitterly about the
increase in noise levels. Now, there's an agreement between the
airport, the FAA and Congress that officials hope will end the
protests.
