Southwest Airlines is flying fuel efficient and environmentally friendly Required Navigational Performance (RNP) approaches at Denver International Airport (KDIA). RNP approaches can reduce flying by 3-5 miles during a visual approach and up to 20 miles during an instrument approach each time they are flown at KDIA.

L-3 Link To Add New ATR 72-600 Flight Simulator At Asian Training Center

New FSS Should Be Ready For Use By The End Of The Years

A new ATR 72-600 Full Flight Simulator (FFS) will be added to the Asian Aviation Training Center (AATC) in Bangkok, Thailand. L-3 Link Simulation & Training (L-3 Link) says the FFS, in addition to an ATR 72-600 Flat Panel Trainer (FPT), will be ready for training before the end of the year. AATC is owned and operated by L-3 Link.
