Christopher E. Kubasik Will Serve On The Audit And Government And Security Committees
Spirit AeroSystems has announced the appointment of a new member, Christopher E. Kubasik, to its board of directors effective Nov. 25. "Chris brings a wealth of financial expertise and industry leadership background, and we are very pleased to welcome him to the board," said Bob Johnson, board chairman of Spirit AeroSystems.
