Complements Two A320 Level D Sims Available At Denver Training Facility

Airbus’ newest training center in Denver is now home to the first A320neo full flight simulator (FFS) in the Americas. The simulator just achieved Level D certification from the FAA with four engine fits -- including the NEO. This simulator complements the two existing A320 Family, FAA-certified Level D FFS in the Denver Airbus Training Center. FAA FFS Level D is the highest level of FFS certification currently available.

The 300 airline pilots of Sky Regional Airlines have joined the Air Line Pilots Association, Int’l (ALPA). An overwhelming majority of the pilots, who provide regional service for Air Canada Express, filed membership cards with the Canada Industrial Relations Board last month, seeking ALPA as their legal bargaining representative.

easyJet Orders An Additional 17 A320neo Airplanes

Brings Carrier's Total Order To 468 A320 Family Aircraft

Airbus has reached an agreement with easyJet that extends the airline’s fleet plans into 2023, exercising purchase rights to firm orders for 17 A320neo. This takes its combined order for the NEO to 147 (including 30 A321neo) and means easyJet has ordered 468 A320 Family aircraft to date.
