First A321P2F Enters Into Service With Qantas

First In Its Size Category To Offer Containerised Loading In Both The Main And Lower Deck

Elbe Flugzeugwerke (EFW) has achieved key milestones in the A321 passenger-to-freighter (P2F) conversion programme with the delivery and entry-into-service on 2th October of the first converted aircraft to Qantas. This new P2F version is being leased by aircraft asset manager Vallair to Qantas, to operate services on behalf of Australia Post. Last month, following its flight tests, the newly completed aircraft had been delivered by EFW to Vallair.

AD: Airbus SAS Airplanes

AD 2020-21-09 -- A Paragraph Reference Located In The Reporting Exception Is Incorrect

The FAA is correcting an airworthiness directive (AD) that published in the Federal Register. That AD applies to all Airbus SAS Model A318 series airplanes; Model A319 series airplanes; Model A320 series airplanes; and Model A321 series airplanes. As published, a paragraph reference located in the reporting exception is incorrect. This document corrects that error. In all other respects, the original document remains the same. This correction is effective October 30, 2020. The effective date of AD 2020-21-09 remains October 30, 2020.
