"Space: New Opportunities For A New Era" Is The Theme
The American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA)
has released the schedule for its annual conference, to be held at
the Pasadena Convention Center in Pasadena, CA. September 14th -
17th, co-chaired by NASA and the U.S. Air Force Space and Missile
Systems Center (SMC), and organized by AIAA.
The Indian government says it has lost contact with its
Chandrayaan I, or “Moon Craft" orbiter after nearly a year
spent mapping the lunar surface. They announced Monday they have
abandoned attempts to revive the spacecraft.
