Airborne-Unmanned 05.14.20: DJI Matrice 300 RTK, Human Rights Watch, VOLY M20

DJI has unveiled what they call their most advanced commercial drone platform, the Matrice 300 RTK (M300 RTK), and the Zenmuse H20 Series - a hybrid, multi-sensor camera. The M300 RTK integrates advanced AI capabilities, 6 Directional Sensing and Positioning System, a UAV health management system, and 55 minutes' flight time. Alongside AES-256 encryption and an IP45 weather resistant enclosure, the drone platform comes built-in with an all-new OcuSync Enterprise transmission system The M300 RTK can support up to 3 payloads simultaneously and has a maximum payload capability of up to 2.7 kg. A Japanese cargo ship is poised to resupply the Expedition 63 crew just as a U.S. space freighter has completed its stay at the International Space Station. The three station residents are also getting ready to welcome two Commercial Crew members in just over two weeks. Japan’s ninth H-II Transfer Vehicle cargo mission (HTV-9) is due to lift off on May 20 aboard an H-IIB rocket from the Tanegashima Space Center. The cargo craft from JAXA (Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency) is delivering fresh food and supplies, new science experiments and new lithium-ion batteries to upgrade the station’s power systems.
