The U.S. Department of Defense has declassified and released a video captured in 2004 by a Navy jet that some say proves that extraterrestrials have visited Earth. In the video, a UFO described by pilot David Fravor as a "40-foot-long Tic Tac" is seen maneuvering rapidly and changing its direction. In the audio, one of the pilots says "there's a whole fleet of them, look on the S.A. They're all going against the wind. The wind is 120 knots to the west." The object appears to rotate as it flies.
