Bell Helicopter revealed the configuration and full-scale vertical-takeoff-and-landing (VTOL) air taxi vehicle today during CES 2019. The air taxi, named Bell Nexus, is powered by a hybrid-electric propulsion system and features Bell’s signature powered lift concept incorporating six tilting ducted fans that are designed to safely and efficiently redefine air travel. The EAA Aviation Museum in Oshkosh has been selected as one of the 20 Best Aviation Museums Around the World, according to the CNN Travel website. Partial Government Shutdown Grounds NASA's SOFIA Airplane

Has Been Unable To Fly Since Shutdown Began December 22

The partial government shutdown has forced NASA to stop flying its SOFIA airplane, a modified Boeing 747 which carries a 2.5 meter (8.2-foot) telescope mounted in its fuselage.
