On September 2nd, 2009, the American Bonanza Society started its 40th annual convention in Salt Lake City.  Featuring over 50 hours of seminars directed towards Beech enthusiasts and owners alike, the five-day event included educational classes, speakers, and social activities for attendees. During the event, the ABS invited Bryan Neville, acting National Outreach Manager for FAASTeam, to speak about decision making for the pilot community. As Neville explained, capable decision making is a crucial aspect of risk
