Aero-TV: Mid-Continent Instruments -- Backing You Up When It Matters Most

There Is Nothing So Welcome As A Second Chance... When You Really Need It

We've come to look on the folks at Mid-Continent Instruments for (among many things) their ability to offer a second chance in application that not only need them, but were woefully unforgiving before those 'Second Chances' started showing up.

And 2011 was a year in which MCI added much to the many options they offer pilots that are looking for dependability as well as redundancy in their cockpits.

What began as a small repair station for Wichita’s growing aircraft industry in 1964 has become a worldwide overhaul/repair facility and major OEM manufacturer employing more than 155 people in two locations. Helping their customers solve problems 'is the key to our success. We’re dedicated to providing superior quality and safety at affordable prices.'

When Mid-Continent was purchased by John Winter in 1980, the company embraced a commitment to engineering, quality and service that continues to this day. With the addition of a facility in Van Nuys, California in 1991, the company expanded its service capabilities and international reach.

Today, they have the expertise to overhaul nearly 6,000 different products. Additionally, they engineer and build new products for almost every general aviation manufacturer and provide specialized aftermarket products worldwide.
