Aura Aero to Offer Financing for Integral 2-Seaters

Collection of Sport Planes Can Be Had with Loan Terms Beyond 7 Years, "Attractive Interest Rates" Aura Aero has joined hands with the Societe Generale Equipment Finance (SGEF) in order to assist buyers with financing their own private aircraft. Under the terms, Aura Aero's portfolio of 2-seater Integral R, E, and S models will be brought within reach of the common man. The Société Générale group will help move some aircraft with financing at "attractive interest rates", though the deal only applies to the Integral family of training, aerobatic and leisure aircraft - those excited to finance their own 19-seat Electric Regional Aircraft are sadly not covered under the deal.

While at EAA AirVenture 2014, ANN News Editor, Tom Patton checked out what was going on at the Redbird Flight Simulation display. Tom talked with Josh Harnagel, the Director of Online Marketing for Redbird Flight Simulations. Redbird is becoming known as the innovator in aviation simulation and in the way simulation is used in flight training. However, as important as flight simulation can be, it’s also a lot of fun. Harnagel said they were approached by the Walt Disney Company to produce a simulation program to be used in promoting their new movie, Planes: Fire & Rescue.

Several Witnesses Reported Seeing The Pilot Out Of The Airplane At This Time

Analysis: Before the flight, the pilot told a friend that the airplane had a rigging issue that seemed to cause the airplane to “kick” laterally during turns. His friend performed a 10-minute flight and reported that he noticed the odd yawing moment while performing turns. The pilot responded that he would address the issue at a later time. After fueling the airplane, the pilot and pilotrated passenger fastened their seatbelts and departed the airport. Flight track information indicated that, several minutes after departure, the airplane leveled off. Soon thereafter, witnesses reported that the airplane “rolled” then “bucked” as its nose “dipped down initially,” then pitched up “quickly.”

Controller Asked The Instructor If She Wanted To Declare An Emergency, And She Replied “Yes”

On March 30, 2024, about 1320 eastern daylight time, a Piper PA-44-180, N595ND, sustained substantial damage when it was involved in an accident at the Treasure Coast International Airport (FPR), Fort Pierce, Florida. The flight instructor was fatally injured, and the private pilot was seriously injured. The airplane was operated as a Title 14 Code of Federal  Regulations Part 91 instructional flight. The private pilot was training for his multi-engine rating at the time of the accident. He and the flight instructor departed FPR about 1140 and climbed to 5,000 ft mean sea level (msl), where they practiced single-engine emergency procedures. These procedures included shutting down and feathering the right engine. They returned to the airport and performed a simulated single-engine instrument “low” approach to runway 10R. To simulate the engine failure, thrust on the right engine was reduced to idle.

From July 5-29, 2018, the 2018 American Barnstormers Tour undertook a 5-city, 5-state tour through MO, IA, SD, MN and WI. The 2018 American Barnstormers Tour exclusively featured 10 vintage Travel Air open-cockpit biplanes. Five of the biplanes will function as static displays at each venue, with owners and restorers available to answer crowd questions. Information Indicates The Flight Crew Failed To Assure There Was An Adequate Fuel Supply

Analysis: The airplane was returning to the departure airport after a local training flight when the engine lost all power. Restart attempts were not successful. The pilot reported that he glanced at the fuel gauge and it indicated ¼ full. During the forced landing the airplane contacted trees, which resulted in substantial damage to the left wing. Examination of the airplane after the accident revealed that only a trace amount of fuel was visible in the semi-transparent plastic fuel tank; the tank did not appear to be breached. After the airplane was removed from the accident site and leveled on a trailer used for recovery, the fuel gauge read empty.
