FDC 4/1635 ZAN AK.. TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS FAIRBANKS, ALASKA. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, PURSUANT TO 14 CFR 91.137(A)(2), TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS IN THE VICINITY OF DISASTER/HAZARD AREAS, ALL FLIGHT OPERATIONS ARE PROHIBITED AT AND BELOW 5,000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 644358N/1470927W AND THE FAIRBANKS /FAI/ 072 RADIAL 022 DME FIX. ONLY THOSE ACFT PARTICIPATING IN THE SEARCH AND RESCUE ACTIVITIES AND BEING OPERATED UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE OFFICIAL IN CHARGE OF THE ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITIES, OR ACFT CARRYING LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS, OR ACFT OPERATING ON AN ATC APPROVED IFR FLIGHT PLAN, OR 345TH FIGHTER WING OR 168TH ARW ACFT OPERATING IN THE VFR TRAFFIC PATTERN OR ACFT CONDUCTING OPERATIONS DIRECTLY TO OR FROM AN AIRPORT WITHIN THE AREA ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AREA.
