Will offer SponsorshipPro+ relationship management software to
air shows, performers
If you have ever
organized an air show event and had to find sponsors, you know that
saying it is hard work is an understatement. You also know that
getting the sponsors isn't always the hardest part of the job --
keeping them happy is. That means putting together presentations
and keeping track of information that tells them what they are
getting for their money.
ICAS knows that this is hard work, and that's why they have
partnered with eBranded Solutions, a software company out of
Atlanta (GA). The partnership means ICAS members can now purchase
eBranded's SponsorshipPro+ software at a discount.
What SponsorshipPro+
does is to enable sponsorship sellers to identify, organize,
archive and present essential marketing and media files to clients
in a dynamic format. The software allows you to organize all your
materials, including all multimedia content -- still images, audio
and video -- in one centralized location, from which you can
produce reports, presentations and other information. By putting
all your assets at your fingertips, it becomes much easier to use
those assets to keep your sponsors informed, as well as provide
information for internal use within your organization.
eBranded Solutions does something that not many other companies
do -- their web site has an ROI calculator that tells you the
approximate cost of using the software so that you can determine,
based on how many sponsors or clients you have, what the cost will
be per sponsor.
The company's web site also has an interactive demonstration of
the product. ICAS members also get a free maintenance contract for
the software, a $300 value that provides the buyer with support,
updates, an enhanced FAQ and access to a peer discussion area to
share information and ideas with other users of the product.
