EFFECTIVE FROM 0604281600 UTC UNTIL 0604290300 UTC, AIRBORNE LASER OPERATIONS WILL BE CONDUCTED BETWEEN 25NM FROM ANY POINT ALONG THE LINE FROM 220000N/1580000W HNL344041.5 TO 230907N/1620022W SOK288156.6 TO 280506N/1635620W SOK317441.1 TO 375503N/1655620W LIH3311014.2 TO 400000N/1550000W CDB144967.9 TO 220000N/1580000W HNL344041.5 FROM 500 FEET MSL TO 39000 FEET MSL. THE LASER BEAM MAY BE INJURIOUS TO PILOTS/AIRCREWS AND PASSENGERS EYES FOR A DISTANCE OF 14,400 FEET BELOW AND 28,900 FEET ABOVE THE AIRCRAFT. THIS AREA WILL BE MONITORED BY OBSERVERS AND THE LASER BEAM WILL BE TERMINATED IF NON-PARTICIPATING AIRCRAFT ARE DETECTED THAT MAY ENTER THE AFFECTED AREA. OTHER VISUAL EFFECTS (E.G. FLASHBLINDNESS, AFTER IMAGE, GLARE, AND DISTRACTION) MAY OCCUR AT GREATER DISTANCES. THE DOMESTIC EVENTS NETWORK (DEN) AT (202) 493-5107, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
