jetAVIVA Acquires Jet Quest

Becomes One Of The Largest Dealers Of Pre-Flown Jets And Turboprops In The World

jetAVIVA, a dealer/broker of pre-flown turbine aircraft, has acquired the Cessna Citation-focused aircraft sales firm Jet Quest. As a result of the transaction, jetAVIVA assumes the role as one of the largest dealer/brokers of pre-flown turbine aircraft in the world as ranked by independent research firm JetNet. The acquisition of Jet Quest follows jetAVIVA's acquisition of Kansas Aircraft Corporation in May of 2016, demonstrating consistent execution of the company's strategic plan to provide prospective aircraft buyers and sellers with the largest breadth of inventory and sales-related services in the world.

As a result of the transaction, Jet Quest's Chief Executive Officer, Robin Eissler, will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer of jetAVIVA. "Building and growing Jet Quest to one of the largest Citation-focused sales firms in the world has been one of the greatest joys of my life," said Mrs. Eissler. "Together, our combined teams are continuing to further jetAVIVA's vision of becoming the Greatest Aircraft Sales Organization in the World."

"Building a world class sales organization requires finding and integrating world class people, culture, and processes. The Jet Quest story is a story about great people, not just great products," said jetAVIVA Chairman and CEO Cyrus Sigari. "Under the careful stewardship of Robin Eissler, Jet Quest has become a force to be reckoned with in the Cessna Citation market. It is with great joy that we welcome Robin, the entire Jet Quest team, and Jet Quest global client base to the jetAVIVA family."

With the acquisition of Jet Quest, jetAVIVA's geographic footprint expands to include offices in Kansas City, KS; Georgetown, TX; Los Angeles, CA; New York, NY; Denver, CO; Atlanta, GA; and Madison, WI.
