Source: US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Julie Gerberding, commenting on the case of an unidentified airline passenger diagnosed with a particularly drug-resistant strain of tuberculosis. The man traveled from Atlanta to Greece, Italy, and the Czech Republic earlier this month, for his wedding and honeymoon. He returned to the US, through Canada, for treatment, and is now quarantined at an Atlanta hospital.
