PURSUANT TO 14CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE INEFFECT FOR PIPELINE EXPLOSION ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONSUNDER DIRECTION OF PORT ARTHUR FIRE DEPARTMENT ARE AUTHORIZEDIN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 5000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 2 NAUTICALMILE RADIUS OF 295439N/0935745W OR THE BEAUMONT /BPT/ VOR/DME120 DEGREE RADIAL AT 3.5 NAUTICAL MILES. PORT ARTHUR FIREDEPARTMENT, TELEPHONE 409-626-4604, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENEEMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. HOUSTON /ZHU/ ARTCC, TELEPHONE281-230-5560, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
