Oshkosh 2022 Morning Brief-Day 5: Meet The Boss, MOSAIC Delay, Kings, D-Day Sq

07.29.22 Episode Powered by Gogo!!!

Join us for the Oshkosh 2022 Daily Morning Brief, live from Wittman Regional Airport! We'll have some current news, a little weather report, live interviews, a look ahead, and the day's events to come! The 2022 Oshkosh Morning Brief is powered by Gogo... who is building aviation’s most comprehensive 5G data system.

Day FIVE of our annual AirVenture journey starts with the annual "Meet The Boss" experience in which a new Acting FAA Administrator answered questions... but doesn't say a lot ... except that MOSAIC won't happen until next year despite having been promised for this year. We also chat with the darling of Piper Aircraft, Jackie Carlon about the fast-selling trainer program... now sold out for a LONG time and the mazing M-Series pistons and turboprops which kinda provide people with their own personal airliners. And... today's airshow features a Salute to Veterans Day as well as Air Force Global Strike Command Day!

The FIFTH day of Oshkosh remains jam-packed with major news announcements... Beyond the FAA Administrator’s visit, we enjoyed the chance to get the latest from King Schools and the plans for the D-Day Squadron’s European trip for 2024. That should be quite the event... do you think they'd let ANN' Jim Campbell be one of the pilots??? Hmmm??? Be sure to keep an eye on each evening’s Airborne Unlimited video news programs for ALL the new and details from AirVenture 2022 -- and beyond.
