New Conference Date Set For August 18-20, 2021
Another much-anticipated event, one that was pretty an indoor convention, has been delayed due to issues associated with the pandemic.
The Flight School Association of North America notes that, "Through discussions with members, suppliers, government officials and hotel management, the FSANA board and staff have decided to reschedule the 2021 conference. We apologize to anyone unable to make the new date, but feel the move will make for a better conference for all who attend or exhibit. We expect that we may have our largest attendance ever."
The event is now scheduled for August 18-20, 2021, and will still be held in the Rosen Plaza in Orlando, Florida.
FSANA's Bob Rockmaker believes that, "The 2021 conference will set the stage for the strong rebound that is already taking hold in the flight training arena. FSANA is dedicated to the pursuit of helping flight schools achieve their goals. Our ongoing advocacy for the training market continues to help create the next generation of aviators."
Rockmaker promises that the organization will post updated attendee registration and hotel information on their website in the coming days. over the next 7-10 days.
For those who were planning to attend; all room reservations for the March 3-5 dates will be automatically cancelled by the Rosen Plaza Hotel. No further action is required. FSANA will release updated hotel information in the near future so attendees can book their rooms for the August conference.
The Flight School Association of North America (FSANA), created in 2009, is the first and only association of its kind dedicated solely to the flight training industry. FSANA represents flight schools, firms that provide products and services to the flight training or aviation industry, and other supporting partners.
