The U.S. subsidiary of Elbit Systems, Elbit Systems of America, LLC, has completed the acquisition of the Night Vision business of L3Harris Technologies for a purchase price of $350 million.

"The market position and technological strength of Harris Night Vision make this acquisition significant to our long-term growth strategy, with a particular focus on the U.S.," said Bezhalel (Butzi) Machlis, Elbit Systems president & CEO." We believe that the completion of this acquisition will be beneficial both for Elbit Systems and for Harris Night Vision's customers and employees."

Erik Fox has been named as the vice president and General Manager of Elbit Systems of America – Night Vision.
