Avcorp Appoints New GM For Its Delta, British Columbia Operations

Michael Elvidge Brings 20 Years Experience To The Position

Avcorp Industries has announced the appointment of Michael Elvidge as the General Manager for its Delta, British Columbia, facility.

Elvidge brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience in various aerospace functions including lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. For the last 4 years, he has led Avcorp's Engineering and Quality team.

Elvidge replaces Cedric Savineau who has left the company effective January 15, 2020. The company said it would like to thank Savineau for his contributions and wish him the best in his future endeavors.

The Avcorp Group designs and builds major airframe structures for some of the world’s leading aircraft companies, including BAE Systems, Boeing, Bombardier, Lockheed Martin and Subaru Corporation. The group has more than 60 years of experience, over 700 skilled employees and 636,000 square feet of facilities.
