PURSUANT TO CFR 91.137A(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT DUE TO SECURITY ACTIVITY OF AN UNSPECIFIED NATURE. ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF MARYLAND STATE POLICE ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 2500 FEET MSL 1 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 39120900N/0763500W AND THE BALTIMORE /BAL/ VORTAC 054 DEGREE RADIAL AT 005 NAUTICAL MILES. MARYLAND STATE POLICE, SGT. BLAKE, TELEHONE 410-859-7041, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. LEESBURG /JYO/ AFSS TELEPHONE 703-779-4606 OR 703-777-1540, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
