New Pilatus Tech Center Named In Chile

Techdeso S.A. To Service PC-12 Aircraft

Pilatus Business Aircraft Ltd recently appointed Techdeso S.A. as its newest global service partner. Based in Santiago, Chile, Techdeso was formed recently to service the business aviation market in this growing region.

Appointing a Pilatus service provider in Chile is one more way to ensure our customers have access to world-class support everywhere they choose to fly their aircraft.”

"With the PC-12’s uniquely low acquisition and operating costs and tremendous versatility, we anticipate considerable demand from the corporate, utility and aeromedical market segments. Techdeso will be there to ensure their operating experience is as Pilatus intends it – second to none.”

At the NBAA annual Meeting and Convenion in Las Vegas this week, Pilatus is showcasing is Spectre Multi-Mission version of the PC-12. The airplane is the  new static display located just outside the Las Vegas Convention Center.

The Spectre is a version of the PC-12 NG single-engine turboprop which is designed exclusively to support multiple government, military, law enforcement and medevac roles. Variants of the PC-12 Spectre are currently in operation with the U.S. and several foreign militaries, as well as federal, state
and local law enforcement agencies.

The basic PC-12 Spectre features a standard a retractable sensor platform, and a 9-passenger utility interior with a sensor operator’s console. Most Spectre aircraft are highly modified to tailor to the customer’s specific mission requirements. Customization can include communications and surveillance equipment, external pods, medevac interiors and a paratrooper jump door.
