Silk Way Airlines USA Appoints Exclusive U.S. General Sales Agent

Global Feeder Services Will Develop Customer And Sale Activities For The Carrier

Silk Way Airlines USA has announced that, effective immediately, Global Feeder Services Holding (GFS) will serve as SWA USA’s exclusive General Sales Agent (GSA) responsible for maintaining and further developing customer and sales activities in the United States of America on behalf of Silk Way Airlines and Silk Way West Airlines.

“On behalf of SWA USA, we look forward to working with GFS to strength our valued customer relationships and build-upon our proven track record for providing world-wide cargo solutions,” explained Fadi Nahas, vice president, The Americas.

With the appointment of GFS, SWA USA customers will continue to have one-stop access to the wide-range of air cargo transportation products and the extensive network of destinations served by Silk Way Airlines and Silk Way West Airlines.  Together with SW USA’s existing Cargo teams in Houston, Chicago, and New York, GFS will also continue SWA USA’s goal of achieving the highest possible service levels for our customers.

“The GFS management team has combined over 100 years of hands-on experience in the air cargo industry; we understand the multifaceted needs of the entire supply chain from shippers’, forwarders’, truckers’ and airlines’ prospective,” added Arthur Ilyayev, president of GFS.  “We are excited about this new partnership with SWA USA and enhancing its global network from here in the United States.”
