PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR EXPLOSIVE DEMOLITION ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF DOD ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 25000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 354457N/0783759W OR THE RALEIGH/DURHAM /RDU/ VORTAC 139 DEGREE RADIAL AT 10.4 NAUTICAL MILES.RALEIGH POLICE DEPY, CAPT. EARHART, TELEPHONE 919-369-2372, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. WASHINGTON /ZDC/ ARTCC, TELEPHONE 703-771-3470, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
