PURSUANT TO 14 CFRSECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECTWITHIN A 9 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 373126N/1142544W OR THE WILSONCREEK /ILC/ VORTAC 166 DEGREE RADIAL AT 43.5 NAUTICAL MILES AT ANDBELOW 9000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR AIRCRAFT SAFETYDURING LOW LEVEL WILDLAND FIRE OPERATIONS THAT INCLUDE HELICOPTERS,SMOKEJUMPERS, SMALL AND LARGE FIXED WING. BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENTTELEPHONE 775-289-1925/FREQ 128.425 (BARNES CANYON FIRE) IS INCHARGE OF THE OPERATION. LOS ANGELES /ZLA/ ARTCC, TELEPHONE 661-265-8205, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
