10 Days And Counting For HAI 'Salute To Excellence' Nominations

Keep Those Cards And Letters Coming!

Helicopter Association International reminds ANN readers the deadline for its "Salute to Excellence" nominations is only 10 days away. These awards recognize all winners during Heli-Expo 2008 in Houston, TX.

Every year HAI presents 13 "Salute to Excellence" awards recognizing the outstanding achievement and contributions companies and individuals have made to advance the international helicopter community.

HAI encourages both members and nonmembers to submit a nomination form. By acknowledging the exceptional merit of an individual or organization, HAI’s "Salute to Excellence" celebration encourages continued achievement in attaining the highest standards of professionalism in the helicopter industry.

Interested parties may download a submission form on the HAI website. Nominations may be submitted through the site, or can be mailed to Helicopter Association International, 1635 Prince Street, Alexandria, Virginia 22314-2818, or faxed to 703-683-4745.

HAI requires all nominees to acknowledge in writing that they are aware of their nomination, and if selected, that they would be willing to share biographical information and photos with HAI, as well as accept the award in person at the "Salute to Excellence" banquet.

All nominations for the 2007 awards must be received by Wednesday, October 3, 2007.
