PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT ACTIVITY ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF METRO DADE POLICE DEPARTMENTARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 3000 FT AGL WITHIN A 1.5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 253458N/0802359W OR THE VIRGINIAKEY /VKZ/ VOR/DME 237 DEGREE RADIAL AT 16.7 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET AGL. METRO DADE POLICE DEPARTMENT TELEPHONE 305-876-7373 IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. MIAMI ARTCC IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
