PURSUANT TO14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR CHEMICAL SPILL ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF FT NECHES FIRE DEPT / MARK MULLINER ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 1 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 295700N/0935700W OR THE BEAUMONT /BPT/ VOR/DME 079 DEGREE RADIAL AT 3.4 NAUTICAL MILES. FT NECHES FIRE DEPT / MARK MULLINER, TELEPHONE 409-344-1388, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. HOUSTON /ZHU/ ARTCC, TELEPHONE 281-230-5560, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
