EARHART, TELEPHONE 919-369-2372, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. WASHINGTON /ZDC/ ARTCC, TELEPHONE 703-771-3470, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
