STATE POLICE BRETT MCCLOUD TELEPHONE 225-922-0380 IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. HOUSTON /ZHU/ ARTCC TELEPHONE 281-230-5560 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
