Lisa “Lee” Boulanger, a 28-year employee of Bombardier, has been appointed Vice President of Customer Support. Lee will be based in Montréal, Quebec and assumes her role immediately.
Boulanger is a graduate of East Coast Aeronautical School and is a licensed Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) technician. Since joining Bombardier in 1987, she has held positions of increasing scope within the organization, starting out as an A&P Technician, then Lead A&P Technician and Supervisor before graduating to various Operations Management roles. Most recently, Boulanger served as the General Manager of Bombardier’s Hartford Service Center since 2012.
“Lee is an important addition to our Customer Services Leadership Team,” said Andy Nureddin, Vice President and General Manager, Customer Services, Bombardier Business Aircraft. “She combines in-depth knowledge of our customers’ operating landscape with the highest degree of technical proficiency on our aircraft. Lee will be invaluable to Bombardier’s continued mission of enhancing reliability and responsiveness. We are excited for her to take on this challenge.”
In her role, Boulanger assumes responsibility for the Bombardier Business Aircraft Customer Support network including 24/7 Customer Response Centers, 15 internationally based Regional Support Offices, more than 238 support professionals deployed across 42 countries and a highly experienced team encompassing engineering support, technical publications, maintenance tracking programs and much more.
During her tenure at the Hartford Service Center, Boulanger continued to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency—all while helping raise grass-roots awareness for the aviation industry through affiliations with local and national associations. Most notably, Boulanger spearheaded Bombardier’s repeated participation in KidVenture, an initiative allowing young people to explore aviation as part of the EAA AirVenture annual event in Oshkosh, WI.
