FDC 7/1918 ZOA CA.. FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS SACRAMENTO RIVER DEEP WATER SHIP CHANNEL, CA. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(3) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR PROTECTION OF STRAY WHALES IN THE SACRAMENTO DEEP WATER CHANNEL AND TO PRECLUDE SAFETY HAZARDFROM LOW FLYING AIRCRAFT LOITERING OVERHEAD BEGINNING AT 383322N/1213305W OR THE SACRAMENTO /SAC/ VORTAC 343 DEGREE RADIAL AT 6.7 NAUTICAL MILES AND PROCEEDING WEST AND SOUTH 1 NM EITHER SIDE OF THE CENTERLINE OF THE SACRAMENTO RIVER DEEP WATER SHIP CHANNEL TO 3830N/1213420W OR THE SACRAMENTO /SAC/ VORTAC 327 DEGREE RADIAL AT 3.5 NAUTICAL MILES, MID-CHANNEL, AT AND BELOW 1000 FEET MSL. USCG, TELEPHONE 415-399-3507, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. NORTHERN CALIFORNIA TRACON, TELEPHONE 916-366-4080, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
