Aero-News Alert: Pilot's Uniform Stolen From Parked Car

US Airways pilot reports uniform, airport ID and passport stolen from car

James Allen, a US Airways airline pilot, reported that his pilot uniform was stolen while his car was parked at a Harper's Restaurant on Woodlawn Road in Charlotte (NC).

WSOC-TV in Charlotte reported that someone smashed the back window of the pilot's car and snatched the uniform, as well as his airport identificaton badge, his passport, flight manuals and electronic devices.

There are no leads in the investigation, which is still ongoing, but ANN advises pilots and security personnel to be on the lookout for a US Airways uniform using an ID or passport identifying Mr. James Allen.
