Raytheon Aircraft
Company (RAC) has appointed Banyan Air Service as an Authorized
Service Center for its Bonanza, Baron and King Air Series
airplanes. Banyan, located at Ft. Lauderdale Executive Airport
(FXE) with more than 130 employees is a full service FBO
specializing in airframe maintenance, engine repair and avionics
upgrades for a wide variety of today’s corporate and general
aviation aircraft.
Banyan Air Service is the largest fixed base operator at
Executive Airport with approximately 400 aircraft based at their
facility. They currently occupy 210,000 square feet of hangar and
office space to serve their customers.
Banyan is an approved FAA and EASA repair station and has also
earned certification from the Argentinean, Brazilian and Venezuelan
governments as an approved repair station. Banyan has experience on
most King Air and Beechcraft models, and has performed major and
minor inspections including:
- Approved maintenance,
avionic modifications and structural repairs
- Engine overhaul management, hot section inspections and
repairs
- All Chapter V Inspections and complete Phase I - IV
inspections
- Comprehensive avionics capabilities including engineering,
repairs, installation and integration.
- Pre-purchase evaluations, DAR consulting, imports and
exports
