The British Royal family member spent 10 months learning to fly the helicopters, according to the Daily News and Analysis quoting the Daily Star. Now, the heir to the British throne will spend some time learning how to use such advanced weapons as Hellfire missiles and a laser-guided 30mm cannon which fires 625 rounds per second.

The training, taught by U.S. military instructors as well as Boeing personnel, also includes use of an automatic targeting system called "Death Stare," which is a helmet-based sight allowing the pilot to select a target simply by looking at it.

The training is in advance of a possible combat deployment where Prince Harry could engage Taliban forces.
