Luscombe Owners Breathe Easy

The Endowment Has Renewed

The Luscombe Endowment along with Classic Aero Support (CAS), have renewed support for Luscombe and other vintage aircraft. Parts and expert technical support are now available to owners and aircraft restorers on-line, or by telephone.

To supply the need for a viable vintage support network, a group of vintage aircraft owners have assembled capital and inventory, coupling those with the technical expertise of Donna Losey and Luscombe Foundation founder Doug Combs. Those preparations now in place.

CAS and the Luscombe Endowment are pleased to assist owners with individualized FAA approvals of field modifications to their aircraft, consultations on technical matters. They offer a supply of new FAA certified parts, as well as used, and previously installed aircraft parts. Combs and Losey bring more than 40 years of vintage aircraft restoration and procurement experience to bear on the Endowment's efforts.

They also want some information. "We are seeking your input with a survey of owner needs for the next 12 months. Please log on or call to discuss your desires and needs, and to check out the growing on-line catalog of available parts and materials for vintage vehicle support," said Combs in a release to ANN. "If you would like to donate or consign materials to the Endowment or CAS inventory, please advise us of your proposal, terms, and the availability of your inventory for marketing."
