FDC 5/0872 ZOB PA.. FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS NEW KENNSINGTON, PA. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT DUE TO FUEL SPILL. ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE ALLEGHENY COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET AGL WITHIN 5 NAUTICAL MILES OF THE MONTOUR /MMJ/ VORTAC 088 DEGREE RADIAL AT 20 NAUTICAL MILES. ALLEGHENY COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. PITTSBURGH ATCT 412-269-9247 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
