AD: The Boeing Company Airplanes - Correction

AD NUMBER: 2019-15-07

PRODUCT: Boeing 737-100, 737-200, 737-200C, 737- 300, 737-400, and 737-500 series airplanes.

ACTION: Final Rule.

SUMMARY: The FAA is correcting an airworthiness directive (AD) that published in the Federal Register. That AD applies to the aircraft listed above The  As published, a paragraph reference specified in the regulatory text is incorrect. This document corrects that error. In all other respects, the original document remains the same.

DATES: This correction is effective September 19, 2019.

As published, paragraph (h) of the regulatory text of AD 2019-15-07 contains an error. Paragraph (h) of the AD incorrectly refers to paragraph (i) as the Exceptions to Service Information Specifications paragraph, and it should have referred to paragraph (j) of the AD.

This document corrects an error and correctly adds the AD as an amendment to 14 CFR 39.13. Although no other part of the preamble or regulatory information has been corrected, the FAA is publishing the entire rule in the Federal Register. The effective date of this AD remains September 19, 2019. Since this action only corrects paragraph references, it has no adverse economic impact and imposes no additional burden on any person. Therefore, the FAA has determined that notice and public comment procedures are unnecessary.
